Dr. Lori Walker grew up in Sparta. She got her BS at Rutgers and went to veterinary school at University of California at Davis. After graduation in 1991, she returned home with her husband and two children to practice in her own Sussex County. Besides running Veterinary House Calls, she also works with The Animal Hospital of Sussex County and breeds and shows alpacas and Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs.
The "right arm" of the practice is Cindy, also a Sparta native, our fabulous technician, office manager, and whatever else she needs to be at any given moment to make the whole thing work! Her proficiency and her compassion with the animals and their humans are unparalleled.
